Purity Psyllium Husk Powder 454g Bulk forming laxative for the gentle relief of constipation and/or irregularity.
Supplement Facts:
Recommended Dose: 1 tablespoon up to 2 times per day. Mix 1 tablespoon (10g) with at least 8 oz. of water, juice or your favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration.
