Shipping policy

 

We are using a multi-stage strategy to ensure a smooth launch of our online store. In this stage, we are currently restricting shipping to British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario.

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays.

We ship all orders via trusted carriers like Purolator, Canada Post, or UPS, depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure timely delivery!

Missed Deliveries or Returned Packages: If the carrier attempts delivery and you’re not home, they will usually leave a delivery notice or hold the package at a local depot for pickup. If the package isn’t picked up within their hold period, it will be returned to us. If your order is returned due to non-pickup: You can request a reship of your product for the cost of a new shipping fee, OR You can request a refund, minus the original and return shipping charges. We are happy to work with you to ensure you get what you need, but we are not responsible for missed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the package weight and destination, with free shipping offered on orders of $200 or more before shipping charges and taxes.

You may choose Expedited or Express shipping during the checkout process, as well as pick-up at our clinic in Saskatoon.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1024 8 St E Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7H 0R9. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready. 

In-store pickup is available during our regular business hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Regular business hours are:

Monday to Friday: 9 am - 12 pm and 12:30 pm to 3 pm
Saturday to Sunday: Closed

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@truepotential.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
