NFH I3C SAP 6 is a source of antioxidants and helps to support healthy estrogen metabolism/balance.

Supplement Facts: 

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Amounts per serving (1 capsule): 

• Indole-3-carbinol 150 mg

Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no gluten, soy, wheat, corn, dairy, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, sugar, or starch.

Cautions: 

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications or natural health products. If you are attempting to conceive; if you have symptoms of low estrogen (Such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, or irregular menstruations); and to exclude the diagnosis of a serious cause of hormonal imbalance. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice).

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
