Master Your Moods The Sludge™ is a proprietary gut health product that is Health Canada approved.

The name originates from having customers affectionately refer to the mixture as “the sludge” when it is added to water. It is suitable for gluten-free diets.

Directions for The Sludge ™

Mix 1 scoop (12 grams) with at least 6 ounces (180 millilitres) of liquid (water, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage) in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, or for each gram of psyllium, mix with 30 millilitres of liquid. Shake vigorously 2-3 times or use a mini whisk and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Take during the day (not immediately prior to bedtime).

Recommended Dosage for The Sludge™

Adults take 1 scoop (12 grams) once a day.

Each scoop contains: Psyllium 2.5 grams (plantago ovata husk powder)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Medium chain triglycerides, gum arabic, silicon dioxide, flux-calcined diatomaceous earth.
