GastroMend-HP™ is a blend of botanical extracts and micronutrients that support a healthy gastric microbial balance and help maintain a healthy gastric mucosa.* It features the gastric-supportive nutrients of deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL), zinc carnosine, mastic gum, and methylmethionine sulfonium. This formula may be helpful for occasional heartburn, bloating, or upset stomach.

Supplement Facts: 

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 2 capsules twice a day before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. For use beyond 2 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. 

Amounts per serving (1 capsule): 

• Mastic Gum (Pistacia letiscus-sap) 250 mg
• Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 125 mg
• S-Methymethionine chloride (Vitamin U) 50 mg
• Deglycyrrhizinated licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra-root) 37.5 mg
• Zinc L-carnosine 18.75 mg

Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide. 

Does not contain gluten, dairy, soy or GMOs. 

Cautions: 

Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you have diabetes, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an allergy to Anacardiaceae family, such as pistachio. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
