Measure the exact amount of BalanceOil that you need with Zinzino Dosage Cups. The cups are scaled in units of ml and tsp so your daily dose of oil will be as precise as possible. Daily Dosage: 1.5 tsp (7.5 ml) for 110 lb person. 1 Tbsp (15 ml) for 220 lb person. Adjust according to your weight. Dosage based upon .15 ml/kg body weight. The dosage cups are plastic and dishwasher safe.
